Tucked along the North Branch of the Chicago River, Ravenswood Manor feels remarkably removed from the pace of the city while remaining distinctly Chicago. Tree-lined streets, architecturally significant homes, generous lots, a strong neighborhood identity and convenient access to the Brown Line have made the Manor one of the North Side's most distinctive residential communities. Its original boundaries run from Lawrence Avenue to Montrose Avenue and from Sacramento Avenue to the Chicago River, creating a compact neighborhood with a character very much its own.
