Deb was absolutely amazing. Both selling and buying were easy/ smooth sailing. She knew the Evanston market and provided priceless insight in pricing and timing. The situation could have been very stressful- I bought when the market was good. It turned sharply when I needed to sell but despite this I had an offer within days. What a relief! We also worked with Chris who was top notch. Great experience all around. Will certainly use Deb and partners if in need again.
