We met Deb at an open house and she immediately seemed to pick up on our nuanced desire to find a house within our existing neighborhood (Ravenswood Manor/Ravenswood Gardens) with more space, and a potential renovation project. Meeting with Deb in our current home and hearing her thoughts on selling that house sold us on working with her. Before we knew it, she had found us our next dream home, was able to negotiate a pre-market deal for our new house in Ravenswood Gardens, and sold our existing home in Ravenswood Manor for exactly what she said she could before that property hit the market as well. I’d undoubtedly work with Deb and team again!
